THE GENESIS OF MY SOUND JOURNEY
My path into sound began with a profound personal awakening. Sensitive to the noise and pace of the world, I longed for a deeper sense of belonging. During my first immersion, the hum of a Tibetan bowl and the clear tone of a tuning fork opened a space of extraordinary stillness. I felt as though I had come home to myself.
That experience inspired a continuing exploration of resonance, sacred geometry, and the traditions of sound. I gathered ten families of instruments, each chosen for its distinct voice: drums and rain sticks for grounding, tuning forks and Tibetan bowls for focused vibration, handpan and crystal harp for spacious melody, and gongs for an expansive closing.
Tettra was born from a simple intention: to hold a welcoming space for your own inner journey. You do not need to perform, perfect your meditation, or arrive feeling any particular way. You are invited to lie down, listen, and receive.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Wear loose, comfortable, warm clothing. Leave large jewelry and heavy metal belt buckles aside so they do not rattle against the instruments.
Drink water before and after your session, and allow yourself a gentle transition back into your day.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle into the space, enjoy herbal tea, and complete your intake form.
